Returns

Return eligibility depends on the items in your order. Where returns are accepted, items must be returned in the same condition you received them, unused, and in their original packaging or as described in your return instructions. We may reduce your refund if an item has been used, damaged, or handled more than necessary. Tip: hang on to the box. It's also the shipping box, so it makes sending a set back easy.

How to start a return

• Contact us before sending anything back: email hello@clearsenselife.com or use our contact page, and include your order number.
• We'll let you know your return options and send instructions.
• Unless we tell you otherwise, or the law requires otherwise, you're responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Please check your order when it arrives. If a set is defective or damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away with your order number and a photo so we can make it right.

Items that can't be returned

Some items may not be eligible for return, as noted on the product page or at the time of purchase. If you're not sure about a specific item, just ask.

Exchanges

Want a different design? Contact us before returning your set and we'll walk you through your exchange options.

Refunds

We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return, and whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method unless otherwise stated. Your bank or payment provider may need extra time to process and post it. If you don't see your refund within a reasonable time after approval, contact us.
