Shipping policy

Packaging
Every set ships in its own plastic-free carton box with paper wrapping. The box it comes in is the box it ships in, so there’s no extra mailer, and no plastic bags, trays, inserts, or air pillows.

Processing
We pack and ship orders as quickly as we can. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping rates (United States)
Standard shipping: $8.00
Standard shipping on orders of $70 or more: Free
Express shipping: $15.00

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They can vary by carrier and destination, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

International shipping
We ship to select countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, much of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel, and the United Arab Emirates. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address. Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other fees, which may be charged by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@clearsenselife.com with your order number and a photo if applicable, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
